Last time, we looked at WRs and RBs in the 2023 fantasy landscape, so now we move on to TEs and QBs.  Both are pretty top-heavy but where is the best value on these positions in the middle and late parts of the draft? It was also the cut-down date for rosters in the NFL, but there weren't many surprises except for the continued stalemate between Jonathan Taylor and the Colts. Finally, we are entering the final part of the fantasy draft season, so things are getting tight.
