Our society's self-esteem is being destroyed by gender norms that dictate what it means to be "masculine" or "feminine," starting from our earliest moments of life. These norms have a profound impact on our perception of self, particularly regarding body image and sexual identity. We delve into the Male and Female Gaze and their contribution to perpetuating harmful stereotypes, exploring the detrimental effects on our mental health and wellbeing, and examine ways to combat these destructive gender norms and promote a more inclusive and accepting society.
