    The other day, I was listening to a patient tell me how she is constantly having racing thoughts that are keeping her up at night and how she couldn't stop them.

    She also told me that if she lost her ability to workout, her world would come crashing down. 

    Wanting to help her more, I asked Gabrielle Annett, Assistant Clinical Director of Invitation to Recovery, to come onto the show and discuss what could be causing my patient to feel this way.
