Sailakshmi Santhanakrishnan's journey to success has been one of unexpected turns and courageous choices. Initially, she left India to pursue a career abroad and was hired by a company as a campus recruit. However, instead of directly coming to the United States, she began her professional life in the Caribbean, where the organization she worked for had operations. This seemingly humble start allowed Sailakshmi to develop a deep understanding of different roles within the tech industry.
