 Bisher wird die Maklergebühr bei der Vermietung in der Regel von Vermieter und Mieter bezahlt. Mit der geplanten Einführung des "Bestellerprinzips" (das Gesetz soll im März beschlossen werden) sollen Maklerkosten von demjenigen getragen werden, der den Makler als Erster beauftragt – somit in erster Linie von Vermietern. Wem nützt die Novelle? Wem schadet sie?
