This week we will be talking about rejection and redirection. Rejection often feels like shoved in the chest and your stomach flips upside, or like a closed door shutting in your face. Yet, it's in these moments that redirection reveals its power. Rather than viewing rejection as a dead end, I'm trying to see it as a signpost guiding you onto a different path, perhaps one you hadn't considered before. As much as I'm saying that for you to hear, I really need to hear it.

It's in times of rejection where we learn most about ourselves and I think that's quite resilient.

The concept of rejection and failure have been on my mind a lot recently. As I have reflected on my past moments of those two things, I have realized they have protected me from situations, people, or places that weren't meant for me. Rejection is protection and redirection. In today's episode I sit down to talk about rejection, failure and how they have served me rather than hurt me.
