#reset

Join me today as I share with you the importance of having a reset plan.  A plan to re-focus, re-commit, re-energize my life.  I don’t want us to have to wait until the first of the year, or the end of a quarter to “reset”.  I want us to be able to do it whenever we need to.  Whenever our life feels uncertain, chaotic and discouraging I want us to know that we have a plan.  If we don’t it seems as though we have to re-invent and that can feel not only exhausting but impossible.  I am going to share with you my RESET plan and how it helps me stay in alignment with the best of who I am, especially in a world where the world’s smartest engineers are paid billions to knock you out of balance. 

My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast.  My goal is to teach this work to ONE MILLION people. Maybe you could help me. Who do you want to do this life with? In this episode I provided an update on our recent move to Tamarindo, Costa Rica. There have been many pieces of it that have gone exactly as planned … and others that have been flipped upside down.

To summarize … it has been incredible, challenging, beautiful, messy, dark, light, painful, enlightening, etc., etc., etc.  A true representation of duality.
