My eight year old, Trinity Bates, wants to be an NHL player when he grows up. He is fully dedicated to making this his reality. In today's case study with RJ Bates III, he analyzes how Titanium Investments just purchased a new rental property subject to the existing mortgage in Anchorage, Alaska. The lead came from their motivated seller website in Alaska hosted by Carrot. RJ immediately responded to the lead and discovered the seller's motivation was due to his ensuing divorce. So, for those of you that may be unaware, we experienced a once in a lifetime winter storm here in Fort Worth, Texas. We had record low temperatures and received anywhere from 6 to 12 inches of snow. Our infrastructure here in Texas was not equipped well enough to handle the stress on our power grid and water systems. In turn, we ended up being without electricity, cell service, internet and water for several days across the DFW metroplex.
