He actually had a little pep and personality in his tone. And what I gathered from all of our conversations was he liked his job. But what I learned was that he came from AT&T. So this wasn't just a job, this is his career, and he took his career seriously. So when I go back and think about it, I need to change my mindset.”

    “You got to start to bring your own flavor, your own style, bring yourself into the conversation, how I use a permission-based opener may not be the way that you know, somebody else would.
