Fishing is big business in Portugal. Over the centuries it has been a mainstay of the economy. Today the Comur company, based in Lisbon is preserving the tradition, and pulling the crowds with its range of tinned fish. You can buy all sorts of flavours of sardine, shrimp, tuna, mackerel and many more.
