Dubbed a National Treasure and a force to be reckoned with, award-winning actress/ activist, and author, Jenifer Lewis, star of the 8 seasoned hit TV show “Black-ish,” has appeared in over 400 episodic television shows, 68 movies, 30 animations, and 4 Broadway shows.

Most recently she starred as Patricia in the new Showtime series “I Love That For You.” Jenifer has performed in more than 200 concerts worldwide including, sold out audiences at Lincoln Center and an electrifying standing ovation at Carnegie Hall.

Her accomplishments as an entertainer and community activist have been recognized with an honorary doctorate from her Alma Mater, Webster University and the Career Achievement Award from The American Black Film Festival. This year, Ms. Lewis published her second critically acclaimed book “Walking in my Joy: In These Streets'' and was honored by the Congressional Black Caucus.

Jenifer received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame July 15, 2022. She was born and raised in Kinloch, Missouri.

Meanwhile, an alleged audio recording of Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, has what sounds like Hunter discussing his ties to the "Spy Chief of China." The recording was posted to Twitter on October 27 by Donald Trump Jr. We'll be looking into this and related information.

And, Amy Coney Barrett was sworn into the Supreme Court on October 26, about an hour after she was confirmed for the position in a 52 to 48 vote by the Senate. During the ceremony, Barrett suggested during the ceremony that she would remain independent of partisan politics, and said as part of the separation of duties that make the judiciary distinct from other government branches, “A judge declares independence, not only from Congress and the president, but also from the private beliefs that might otherwise move her.”

The Senate hearings for the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court is the topic of the first half of the show. We discuss why her views on state and church and her membership in a patriarchal cult are alarming. Then we talk with professor Christopher Cameron about his book Black Freethinkers: A History of African American Secularism.

This episode examines different perspectives on the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We share a story authored by a pro-life advocate who uncovers her support of race based unlimited access to abortion, and her indifference towards the millions of unprotected children who died a violent death from abortion, including partial birth abortion, as well as her legal opinions promoting pedophilia. This view is diametrically opposite that of the Jewish community's adulation of the late justice as viewed in a Jerusalem Post article declaring her to be a righteous champion of civil and women's rights, and a figure commensurate with saints and Jewish matriarchs.

“I like to think most of my dissents will be the law someday,” Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg told a lecture audience in 2015. In this episode, the hosts discuss the important role of reasoned dissents at the Supreme Court. Justice Ginsburg continued and refined a tradition championed by Justices Thurgood Marshall and John Marshall Harlan of pointing out the failure of majority opinions to accurately reflect the real-world truths underlying the cases before them. These dissenters understood that the Constitution, like society, continues to evolve, and that putting the truth out there, can foster this progress.
