Saeed Thomas is a location sound mixer based in Jamaica. Listen to this episode as Saeed discusses the differences of working in production sound in Jamaica compared to other parts of the world and how he got started in the industry. He uses a Sound Devices 633 mixer/recorder, Lectrosonics wireless, Sanken COS-11d mics and a Sennheiser 416.
Born into a culture of extreme restrictions for women, Eram Saeed went through tragic cycles of loss for almost 20 years. After decades of enduring abuse and financial destruction she contemplated ending it all. At that lowest point in her life, she discovered the key to unlocking the limitless joy and happiness that is within each of us.
Today she’s here as the owner & founder of the telesummit series From Heartache to Joy which focuses on helping women empower themselves through ancient self-awareness techniques and cutting edge healing modalities. This program assists people in releasing their pain, dissolving their fear, and transforming worry and frustration into love, joy, and abundance.
From Heartache To Joy was founded by Eram in 2012. With less than 4 years, it has become an industry leader and has generated multiple 7 figures.
Eram is also very passionate about helping other women and recently set a goal to help educate 100,000 women from the impoverished regions of Pakistan, where she is from.
I’ve asked her to join us today and share what she’s learned coming to the USA as a muslim female immigrant with very little, to starting, growing and operating a multiple 7 figure telesummit empire..
Enjoy!

Mission Statement:
My mission is to create 200 new multi-millionaire business owners. How? You'll do better when you know better.
Would it help you to have a mentor who can cut your learning curve by sharing their mistakes with you so you could avoid them?
Would it help you to talk to that mentor and learn how they shifted their mindset to allow success to happen in the first place?
Would it help you to hear them talk to other high-level entrepreneurs about their journeys, their mistakes and how they overcame their challenges to create the lives and financial success they desire?
The Best Business Podcast was created for you to have all this in one place.
If you like it, please subscribe, give an honest review and share with a friend you think will benefit so I may serve you both together.

Support the showThis episode of Drunk Ex-Pastors begins with Christian explaining what he’s been doing with his down-time while sick, and then moves on to Jason’s love for Australians and their “busted pluggers” (which is not nearly as sexual as it sounds). We conclude our reporting on the militia standoff in Oregon (they’re all dead or in jail), and then take a listener’s call about whether people who adopt stupid ideas are themselves stupid, or just kind of uncritical and unreflective (i.e., stupid). We take a fan’s suggestion and weigh in on Carolina Panthers’ quarterback Cam Newton and attempt to narrow down the exact reason why we hate him, which leads to a lengthy discussion about whether certain cultures are superior while others are just plain crappy. We watch a pro-gun pastor’s paranoid video about cage-fighter Jesus before launching into our “Feeding Friendsy” segment about the dangers of needing famous pawns for the Christian culture war. And finally, in our “Dick Move, God” segment Jason gets all up close and personal.
Also, Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West are both drowning and you only have time to save one. So, what kind of sandwich do you make?
