Quinn Stephenson - A Humble Journey Through The Culinary Marathon

Today I talk with Quinn Stephenson. Quinn is the owner of Coyote Cafe and Cantina and the Santa Cafe. Both restaurants are located in Santa Fe New Mexico where the food scene is world renowned and some of the toughest competition when it comes to fine dining. Quinn started off as a dishwasher around town and worked his way behind the bar. Quinn realized he had an affinity for making craft cocktails and a nose for wine. Earning his Sommelier certification only solidified his knack for the food and beverage industry. We walk through his journey and tantalize your audio taste buds. Please enjoy this episode with Quinn Stephenson

You can find Quinn at one of his restaurants in Santa Fe New Mexico orchestrating his ensemble of employees and going over his award winning wine list. Follow both of the restaurants on Instagram @coyotecafeandcantina and @santacafe
