Nathan Sawaya, the first ever to take LEGO into the art world, has become famous worldwide for his extraordinary, one-of-a-kind exhibits.  However, becoming a legendary artist did not come easily as he had to take some major risks to live his dream.

While a NYC corporate lawyer, Sawaya came home each night and used his evenings to hone his LEGO building skill sets.  When his website featuring his artwork crashed, he knew he had to walk away from his day job to pursue his dream of becoming a LEGO artist.
