Now back in NYC she teaches classes at Prehab, a fitness company dedicated to creating routines for athletes to “prehab” so they don’t need rehab. We geek out over musical theater and dance, then explain how important it is for group fitness instructors to share their personality and create a welcoming environment for class participants (51:09).
