Prayer is simply talking with God and Him talking to us. Prayer isn't about God moving closer to me. It's about moving me closer to God. God doesn't answer prayer on the basis of who we are. God answers prayer on the basis of who He is.

We are continuing to walk through Psalm 23. This week we learned that even though our scenery may change, God never does.
