    It’s Okay To Outgrow Yourself

    It’s Okay To Outgrow Yourself

Many of us are scared of change, even if that change is positive. But change is part of this human experience. Change happens when we learn and evolve. But that doesn’t mean it feels any less scary, especially when that change is within us.

Turning 26: What's In & What's Out For My Next Year

Turning 26: What's In & What's Out For My Next Year

I just turned 26, and it's really caused me to think about what I want to let go of and what I want to bring into my life for my next year around the sun.  I've been hearing a lot of "ins and outs" lists from other creators, but they tend to focus on products, things you can buy or wear, or going to events, media, ect.  I really wanted to focus on mindset, wellness, and mental health.  I hope this inspires you, changes your perspective in a positive way, or just makes you feel like you have someone you can relate to.

    xoxo,
    Kalli Rachelle

ps: I meant to post this on my birthday last week but (as some of you know), the last couple months have really taken a toll on me, and my birthday was no different.  I have the intention of getting an episode up every Sunday, but I really needed a break on my bday.  I know you understand <3

How To Have A Healthy Mindset Around The New Year

How To Have A Healthy Mindset Around The New Year

Happy New Year!  Sometimes the new year brings with it a lot of pressure, and it can be hard to have a healthy mindset around it, especially if you’re prone to perfectionism. Let’s talk about ways to step into the new year with a healthy perspective. I hope your new year is beautiful, fulfilling, and everything you want and need it to be!  :)

How to "Be Yourself" When You Aren't Sure Who That Is | Authenticity, comparison, and identity

How to "Be Yourself" When You Aren't Sure Who That Is | Authenticity, comparison, and identity

Having an identity crisis?  I feel like I have one every year lol.  So how do we show up authentically when we are still trying to figure out who we are?  And am I just a mix of people I've met because I compare myself to others?   If who I am now is drastically different than who I was last year, was I still a genuine person last year?  This is my mid-twenties and welcome to another episode in my continuing quarter life crisis.  😀

It's Only Embarrassing If You're Embarrassed

Mindset and perspective is everything.  Was that thing you did 7 months ago really that embarrassing or is it just that you're seeing it that way?  What is really limiting you?  What are the parts of yourself that you hide just because you're scared of embarrassment?  What makes something embarrassing?  I think it's the way you see the situation.

Linda's Corner - Choosing a higher road with author D. Neil Elliott

Linda's Corner - Choosing a higher road with author D. Neil Elliott

“You Choose Your Path, deliberately or by default.” - D. Neil Elliott.

Welcome to Linda's Corner, a top-rated, positive, encouraging, self-improvement podcast.  In this episode D. Neil Elliot shares his 7-step process to inner peace, joy, love, abundance, and prosperity.  Neil is an engineer and the author of A Higher Road: Cleanse Your Consciousness to Transcend the Ego and Ascend Spiritually.

To any outsider, it looked like Neil led an interesting life.  He was highly educated, owned a profitable consulting firm, and had a great family; but things aren’t always as they appear.  One day, when his wife was out of town, he drafted his suicide note.  However, he decided he could postpone the act of suicide long enough to try an experiment first.  That decision not only saved his life, it transformed his life.

Neil claims that regardless of your current situation or challenges—whether you are poor or wealthy, ill or healthy, happy or depressed—you can find a path to a brighter, fulfilling future.

Neil also brings together scientific discoveries and spiritual concepts and explains the truth of our existence in a factual, rational, and engaging way.  You can reach Neil and learn more about his book on his website https://www.dneilelliott.com.
