Most of us are told to know ourselves and improve ourselves to live a better life.
There’s just one problem. We don’t know what we know and what we don’t know. We have an illusion of ourselves. How are we supposed to know ourselves and patterns clearly and change them happily?

Let's explore the concept of knowing yourself and how to know yourself. So that you can make better decisions without being in conflict with yourself.

Whether you know it or not, you are perhaps the one person in your life you've had the most conversations with! That voice in your head, you may think it's you, or your subconscious, that's where you have most of your inner conversations.

How will we know if we're an Empath!? Only we ourselves know the depths of who we TRULY are, right? So learning to be compassionate and listen to ourselves with kindness, is KEY. So, this is what I've found for myself defines not only practicing empathy but being an Empath.
