Our guest today is suicide survivor, veteran, and suicide prevention advocate Kirt Davis. 

Kirt struggled with depression during his 8-year military career leading him to attempt suicide three times.

Today Kirt works with the United States Air Force, helping people who were just like him dealing with depression, substance abuse and thoughts of suicide. 

Kirt Davis joins board certified physician and hypertension specialist Dr. Veita Bland for an important discussion about the causes and signs of suicide and how to prevent it.
