    Bernadette @littlemissdressco is new to reels but she's managed to create a reel to teach people how to cover buttons and with great online success too. Bernadette has sewn for many years and you'll be amazed at the breadth of her sewing experience.

    One of her sewing jobs is to sew for Stuart Hillard, who was in the first Great British Sewing Bee series.

    More recognition for Black History Month, as we rereleasing this podcast to recognise the black sewists in the Sewover50 community.

    Cennetta Burwell is today's Sewover50 replay guest. Cennetta has been sewing for over 45 years and she uses planning tools from her worklife to keep her sewing life on track and fulfilling. 

    Cennetta has been an active member of the sewing community even prior to her establishing her blog in 2007, through her reviews on Pattern Review. Her sewing is impeccable and Cennetta is paying it forward and teaching sewing in her local community.

    More recognition for Black History Month, as we rereleasing this podcast to recognise the black sewists in the Sewover50 community. Carrie Cunningham's podcast was published in June 2020 and you'll love the breadth of work Carrie has done and continues to do today.

    Carrie Cunningham began sewing garments when she was 11 years old. She was self- taught until she started High School. She is the owner of Endless Dzns by Carrie, which is a custom garment, alterations, and accessory business that she began in 2007. You'll hear the breadth of work Carrie does in the sewing community, her local community through weekly food drives and for little dresses in Africa. Her heart fills with joy through her philanthropic work.
