Servant Leadership was coined by Robert Greenleaf in 1970 and many leaders in nonprofits and public agencies are comfortable with this style of leadership. Others tend to lead with power. Are effective leaders engaged in a particular dominant style of leadership; or a combination of styles? During this episode, Dr. G will introduce Jenni Frumer, our new co-host, and Jenni, guest, Jennifer Moss Breen, PhD and Dr. G will discuss effective leadership from these two perspectives.
