    Tips to take care of the skin on your body

    Beautiful and healthy skin requires daily care. If you follow the golden rules after the daily shower, on vacation, during the cold winter months ... your skin will be softer, more elastic and radiantly beautiful!

    Rule 1
    I protect the skin from the sun
    To keep your skin healthy, don't go out in the sun without protection. Apply a sunscreen with an SPF that is adapted to your skin type. I repeated the application on a regular basis. It is also recommended that you stay out of the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

    Rule 2
    I only use mild skin soap
    Does the skin on your body tend to dry out, especially after showering? It is important to use skincare products that are mild and soap-free for your cleansing routine. If you use products that are too strong, your skin can become extremely dry and feel uncomfortable. The best products to use are: soaps rich in lipids.

    Rule 3
    In the shower!
    A shower is better for the skin than a bath, which tends to dehydrate the skin. Make sure the water is warm rather than hot. For lovers of bathing, it is fine to take a bath from time to time. However, don't be in the water for long!

    Rule 4
    The art of gently drying dry skin
    Before you get out of the shower, rinse your entire body thoroughly to remove any remaining cleaning product. Then quickly dry the skin by tapping the legs, chest, arms, etc. DO NOT aggressively rub the skin until it is dry.

    Rule 5
    Hydrate the skin daily
    Make hydration a daily habit! After gently patting the skin dry, use a suitable cream to effectively hydrate it. This will help you repair the hydrolipid film that covers the epidermis. Do not forget that you have to hydrate ALL SKIN TYPES!

    Rule 6
    When it's cold, bundle up
    Did you notice that the skin becomes particularly sensitive during the winter months? In fact, cold weather, like wind and sun, tends to dry out the skin, leaving it with an uncomfortable feeling of tightness and itchiness. As soon as the temperatures drop, be sure to bundle up. And don't forget to protect your hands!

    Rule 7
    Drink lots of water
    To have beautiful skin, the body needs sufficient amounts of fluid. Make sure you drink enough water, eg. Approximately 8 glasses a day. A glass of water when you wake up, a tea for breakfast, mineral water throughout the day, herbal tea at night ... This way you can fulfill all your daily duties!

    Rule 8
    Eat healthy and balanced!
    A healthy and balanced diet is not only good for your body but also for your skin. Every day you should eat five servings of fruit and vegetables, rich in antioxidants. This will help you keep your skin beautiful and healthy.

    Rule 9
    I slept the hours of beauty
    If you get enough sleep, your skin will be radiantly healthy! Your body needs a certain amount of sleep to be healthy: 7, 8, 9 hours ... In fact, the need for sleep is genetically marked.

    Rule 10
    Stop smoking!
    Do you smoke? Tobacco is very harmful to the skin. Leaves skin dull and matte and makes skin age faster. This is a good reason to put out your last cigarette, don't you think?
