    Je vous souhaite à tous une belle année 2021. En tout cas moins terrible que celle que nous venons de vivre. J’espère que nos cœurs de voyageurs seront enfin réconfortés et que nous pourrons prochainement repartir vers de belles contrées aux 4 coins du monde, mais en attendant on voyage depuis notre salon avec Loïs au Québec 🎧✈

    Entre Loïs et le Québec on peut dire que c’est un vrai coup de foudre quand il y vient pour quelques mois pendant un stage de cuisine dans le cadre de ses études. A peine rentré en France, il pense déjà à y retourner et cherche un moyen de pouvoir s’y installer 🇨🇦🗝 

    Au départ attiré par l’effet « rêve américain » du Québec où tout semble possible et la motivation de travailler pour évoluer rapidement, il finira par avoir le déclic lors d’un petit road trip au Saguenay. Il tombe amoureux des grands espaces et des paysages. De cette liberté de pouvoir rouler et s’arrêter quand il le souhaite pour profiter d'un moment, capturer un instant perdu quelque part au milieu du Québec 📸🌿  

    Il pose finalement sa démission au restaurant dans lequel il travaillait et acheté un schoolbus et décidé de le transformer en une maison roulante de nuit et en restaurant ambulant de jour. Il lance même une cagnotte en ligne pour l’aider à financer ce projet fou 🚌🍽

    Loïs nous raconte son besoin de retour à l’essentiel, l’incroyable transformation de son « skoolie » et tout le concept de son restaurant sur roue 🎙✨
