Chapter 3: 10th District Court & The Sijan Barber Shop
With black and white evidence that the United States Air Force Academy falsified mental health records in a clear move of retaliation, Adam DeRito filed a lawsuit with the 10th District Court. However, the United States Air Force intentionally hid information from the U.S. Attorney's Office, as well as the the 10th District Court, and the 10th District Court of Appeals. As a result, Chief Justice Bremmer dismissed the case without predjudice with the option to refile the case in the future. We will discuss how we got to that situation and what that means for continued legal action. The Air Force Academy has intentionally misled members of Congress in the past, and they need to be held accountable for not abiding to their own honor code: We will not Lie, Steal, or Cheat, nor Tolerate anyone who does.
In the second half of the episode we will talk with "Frankie"; a former Cadet Barber at the Sijan Cadet Barbershop who gives us an indepth view of her experiences with Cadets, the United States Air Force Academy, and a continued culture of corruption, racisim, sexual assault, and "cutting the hair of a bunch of rapists".
