The Indian River Lagoon is located less than an hour east of Orlando along Florida’s Space Coast and is one of the world's most biodiverse saltwater estuary systems. This is central Florida’s premier fishing destination.

Brant also tells us about the week he just spent in Fort Myers, FL. They were able to explore the diverse fishery down there and Brant shares some great intel if you are thinking of heading further south to wet a line.

In today's episode we discuss the South Florida mullet run!  Our friend Shaun Milliman has been fishing the mullet run for years and he explains this magical time of year, during the fall, where a massive amount of bait fish push down the East Coast of Florida.  This bait is followed closely by many larger species of fish, including Snook, Tarpon, Jack Carvels, Sharks and more!  This phenomenon is looked forward to by many Florida anglers, and is a must for a visiting fisherman.  From bait being smashed out of the air on the beach, to shotgun-blast Snook pops under bridges, you won't want to miss this!
