Taylor Elliott | The Bomb Hole Episode 181

The chance of getting Multiple Sclerosis is approximately .5%, and this week's guest, Taylor Elliott, has received such a diagnosis. Amidst this devastating and life changing news, Taylor began a spiritual journey. Through this process of self discovery she has found some peace with her diagnosis, and using her newfound sobriety, charges head on at the unknown. Now, seemingly, she treats that .5% chance as if she won the lottery; welcoming each new challenge as an opportunity to learn more about herself and strengthen her mind and spirit. Sure, her snowboarding might look different now, but she's doing it, refusing to allow this diagnosis to stop her. She still has goals. She still has dreams. Nora Beck | The Bomb Hole Episode 179

Nora Beck once had a goal to pound beers and be the coolest local at the hill. Now it seems like things have changed a little. Addiction, injuries, receiving hate, and an existential bail have all heavily influenced Nora and pushed her towards a different direction. What does that new direction look like? Well, we’re not exactly sure but we know it involves snowboarding to her greatest ability and pushing herself while simultaneously doing so from a place of comfortability and happiness. She now aims to be her authentic self, living for nobody but her self, and doing so gratefully and unselfishly. All while putting down absolute a-grade bangers in the streets.
