There is just so much going on right now, it's almost too much to handle. Almost. Even though I am losing my mind I know that there is a power much bigger than mine taking care of business and that this will all work itself out eventually. That doesn't mean I'm not scared tho. As a senior, soccer player, and RA this year there is a lot that is up in the air, but we will get through this.

Tom is the current No1 at Wexford Football Club playing in the League of Ireland Championship and has had a career that has seen him play for Everton Football Club before returning home to sign for UCD Football Club in the League of Ireland Premiership. 

This week, Tom gives us a great insight into the life of a full time academy footballer and shares some great advice on how to make the most of your experience within that professional environment. He talks about the how to stay positive when your professional dream takes a detour and on the life of a student athlete.
