On the Secret Witch Show today our guest is Camille Busson-Thompson. After becoming a mother, her priorities shifted: she wanted to be more present, so she became a yoga teacher who specialised in love, sex and relationships. That was the first step closer to reclaiming who she was - and more and more she learned to listen to her body and her inner wisdom and less to the voice and opinions of others. Today, Camille is a holistic business & visibility coach with a passion for empowering women. 

In this episode we explored the importance of self-expression for our business and magnetism, the value of harnessing yoni eggs for Feminine embodiment and self-expression – and we dived into the role of pleasure in creating a soul-led business, and connecting more deeply with our wombs.

• Yoni eggs come from the Taoist tradition and are grounded in ancient Chinese energy work - and they can be used for all sorts of purposes; self-expression being a key one

• Working with our wombs and yoni eggs connects us, first and foremost, to our Feminine bodies as an embodiment practice - it helps us listen to ourselves, hear our desires and tune into our deeper purpose - as well as heal our shame and self-judgement

• Becoming aware of these things helps us to reclaim our power because we start to listen to ourselves and be able to express things - say things - out loud that we’d ignored, and not tuned into before  

• Our pelvic floor is linked to our mouth and throat - there is a connection between our sacral and throat chakras, and this is why working in the pelvic area can help us free up self-expression

• There’s a difference between Feminine power and Masculine power - and Jade eggs can help us to relax, release and open up, as is important to the Feminine. The more open we are to receiving, the more able we are to hold pleasure, abundance and money

• We can get really intentional and creative with ritual for yoni eggs and bring in all sorts of embodiment tools - meditation, breathing, visualisation.  It can be simple or in-depth, but the real key is that this is your own practice; yoni eggs can be used as a way to self-heal, which is reclaiming your power,  in and of itself

• Many women are used to the mundane lens of business creation - and a key takeaway here is that that magical business is different - harnessing sacred magical technology (including of yoni eggs) is an integral part of creating a business from Feminine heart and soul.

On the Secret Witch Show today, Nicole is diving into how our sensitivity and overwhelm - and even our anxiety - is really a deep sign that we were born to be magical ones, even though that may not feel like a gift.  She shares how sensitivity and overwhelm are secret calls to becoming healers, guides or teachers, and how you can create life differently - if you go inwards and do the work to heal the one common fear that comes up when women begin to lean in.

In this episode Nicole explores the ways that sensitivity can show up, the typical constitution of a magical woman - and how shaming our sensitivity can have us not meet the needs that we need to meet in order to become healers (as well as how we can begin to meet these needs from love).

• Being a magical woman naturally means you are ‘sensitive’ - and when we try to fit into the mundane world, we can shame ourselves for that.

• This is largely due to the fear of losing ‘approval’ - and because of this fear often women don’t meet their needs, and can become overwhelmed.

• It can mean women who are here for a more magical purpose experience panic, exhaustion and anxiety - which in the mundane lens will be treated as if it needs to be ‘fixed’ - yet it is really an initiation into your gifts.

• This is a call to healing - especially if you are feeling the call to become a healer, teacher or guide - because if you choose to heal and honour your needs for yourself, you can create the life of your dreams *from* your deep sensitivity

• Your sensitivity is really a gift because it’s what allows you to communicate with other worlds and be open to spirit - it’s really what allows you to access your gifts
