What is Wellfleet Oyster Festival all about you ask.  Today i talk to Nancy and Chloe from the Wellfleet, Massachussetts.  It's a Saturday and Sunday event produced by S.P.A.T that you wont want to miss.  SPAT is devoted to sustaining Wellfleet’s shellfishing and aquaculture industries. Even the name honors the oyster. The acronym SPAT is also the name for a newly attached baby oyster.
