Maintain energy and avoid burnout effects; here’s a couple of tips to do it better, we think. 1] develop a positive attitude, even if you don’t want to do something, find a way to reframe the circumstances, do not judge everything around you all day, stay focussed. 2] listen to uplifting and refreshing music, listening to Spacemusic is proven to be very helpful to decompress from daily activities. 3] Avoid caffeine and drink more water, water keeps your energy level more balanced, you will avoid a serious energy drain that comes from a caffeine crash. 4] get recovery time, take breaks during the day, put them in your schedule. 5] get sufficient sleep, if you need to take a power nap, take one; exhaustion will always be on the horizon if you don’t get adequate sleep.
