When I started this podcast I couldn’t wait to have my first Oiler on.  I thought in my head that I would be lucky to have it happen in the first 5 years! So when the opportunity arose to have longtime NHL workhorse Cory Cross on the Vondubcast I was over the moon! Not to mention nervous as hell! Those fears were super unwarranted as Cory is one of the most down to earth and funniest guests the Vondubcast has seen! We discussed the evolution of the nhl, the oilers (lol) playing for the UofA, playing in Europe and maybe a story or 2 from the good old days! For those of you that have heard any of the hockey episodes I tried to keep the mentions of spittin chiclets to under 10 but if you like you can make a drinking game of it! I’m hoping this is the first of many current and former oilers that will stop by over the years, so please let me know what you do and don’t like in order to make sure it matches that level of excellence!
