They tell us how did they go about discovering the market, the research that went into building the product and where the fabrics available for them at the time of making the product. Shruti tells about the how the brand got things right compared to other competitors in the same market. Further, they talk about harsh and good feedback they got from their users, how was the product improved, what are the innovations they plan to do in their future products and if, they were chased by the VC's.
