Turns out your hips really DON'T lie
It turns out, Shakira was right. Your hips don’t lie! At least not when it comes to your stress levels. The reason stress collects in our hips is because of our psoas muscles – these are the main muscles involved in the “fight or flight” response. So, what the freak can we do about it?
