    Today's podcast is a message of hope and encouragement for anyone who is trying to do good and be good, but feels discouraged and overwhelmed.  I explain the difference between 'striving for perfection' and it's counterfeit 'perfectionism.'  A correct understanding brings clarification of expectations and a feeling of peace and contentment.   This episode is intended particularly for members of my faith, which is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but anyone is welcome to listen.
