Thomas Lilley is the owner and founder of Zero Weakness, a strength and powerlifting coaching brand, chain of gyms and equipment manufacturer based in Australia. He is also a powerlifter who has totaled 1012.5kg single-ply in the 125kg class (Australia's number one equipped total at the time of recording).
Jordan Helyer is a Zero Weakness coach and a powerlifter who has totaled 850kg at 100kg. He is the owner of Zero Weakness Wales, coming soon to Cardiff.
In this episode, Alex, Jordan and Thomas discuss almost every factor that is typically atrributed to a lifter making progress in powerlifting, with Jordan and Thomas weighing in on how much each of these factors actually make a difference. Thereafter, Jordan and Thomas decide on the "top three" factors which a powerlifter should prioritise if he or she wishes to make maximal progress.

Dan Stewart is a powerlifter who competes both raw and equipped. He has totaled 972.5kg in the 110kg class raw and has recently totaled 1100kg equipped in the 125kg class. He has also held an all time world record in the squat with 411kg at 110kg, and he was the 2019 Irish Pro winner.
