In today's episode I am challenging you to step up, have fun and grow your happiness this summer. Its a fun summer project to ensure you come out of your summer feeling rested, recharged and that you've done something awesome for yourself! For the last couple of summers I have just survived! I am determined to thrive this summer! I believe the key to thriving is the Summer Happiness Challenge! Who doesn't want to add more happiness in their daily life? I can't wait to see what this form of "summer camp" does for our happiness community this summer!
You can do the challenge with a friend, you can do the challenge with your family, or you can just sign up to do the challenge and meet the other challenge participants on our closed Facebook group. We are going to have fun this summer! Through the challenge, we're going to have fun together and support and encourage one another.
