The Challenge of all Challenges is HERE!!!! (: 
The Detox Challenge!... specifically the Social Media Detox Challenge!

The Detox is 100 days total: May 30th- Sept 7th!

This is carrying on from my 1st time doing this challenge last year and loving the benefits and experiences I had last year, that I had to do it again! 

But maybe you don't want/need to detox from Social Media, but something else? Then come along with whatever it is you are wanting to take a break from and let's get it!

And what better time to do it then the Summer?

I promise the benefits of being off social media (or anything else for that matter) for an extended amount of time FAR OUTWEIGH the reasons for staying with it.

I've included some tips this episode to help you make this as smooth as a transition as possible! I'm so excited for you to have the best summer! And even if you're seeing this episode after summer, you will never regret a detox in my humble opinion.

So do it! Start now! And imagine where you'll be and how you'll be on the other side!

Summer solstice celebrates the return of the light and the opening to a new season of promise and excitement. Join us as we discuss the facts and folklore of the season, including rituals of the solstice, seasonal bonfires, sunsets, farmer's markets, herb gathering, forest bathing (it's a thing), concerts, and festivities! And if you happen to party with fairies, can you kindly let us know their drink of choice? Because word in the forest is that they're pretty boozy.
