    History Detective James E. MacDougald has uncovered a lost map that is forcing a change in American history.  He has also helped recover priceless sunken sea treasure.  

    In this episode, Mr. MacDougald discusses how he discovered that Juan Ponce de Leon attempted to establish the first European settlement in America, in Tampa Bay, 100 years before the Pilgrims.   He also discusses how he used his detective skills to recover priceless sea treasure.  He also tells the story of how Estevanico made it from Morocco to Florida, Mexico and Arizona in  the 1530's.
