The Supreme Court gets set to rule on abortion pill, Mifepristone and the drug's FDA approval. But first they must rule on whether to allow continued access to the drug, free of court-imposed restrictions while the case proceeds.

Dianne Feinstein, the democratic Senator from California, gives us the latest example of why octogenarians should not hold governmental power.
