Been a senior NHS Consultant in Sheffield Children’s hospital for over 10 years and have expertise worldwide as an expert paediatric gastroenterologist. I’m well published in academia and developed an international reputation in my field. This, unknowingly, then led to multiple joint ventures in which I’m now providing the turnkey solution (sweat equity) to enable a lot of partners to buy, refurb, refinance and rent properties for high yields for JV partners across the country. Most of them are doctors too.

YOUR JOY. She has been able to do a lot for her family and community because of investing in real estate as an owner, investor, and broker, and shares that knowledge with others.

She has four children, -ages twenty-one, twins 20 and 18, who are all in university-and owns and has owned several businesses and properties. With her vast HMO experience, Tracey then launched Landlord Smart in 2016 to help property professionals keep their cash and expand quicker in the most tax efficient way by using lease finance to fund furnishings in rental properties. Tracey also runs an online education business, HMOs in High Heels, supporting women in learning how to invest in HMOs to maximise profit. Not only does Tracey run successful business ventures but also emphasises the importance of a good balance lifestyle, and healthy choices. Today we talk to her and tap into her expertise.
