There has been growing speculation in recent months that Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is working on his next project after starring in Laal Singh Chadha. New reports suggest that Khan is indeed working on a project titled Sitaare Zameen Par. The film’s reported name has already sparked a lot of speculation among fans, who are questioning whether it’s a remake or sequel to Khan's acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. The plot revolves around a sports coach and his heartwarming bond with a team of differently-abled children. Further details about the project have been kept under wraps.

Aamir Khan’s next film scheduled to release in December 2024
Infamous for spending years in completing a film, Bollywood’s ‘perfectionist’ Aamir Khan has confirmed that his next film will release in December 2024. The veteran actor was last seen in the Forrest Gump remake L gaal Singh Chaddha in 2022. Details regarding the actor’s upcoming film have been kept under wraps. However, it has been revealed that the film will be released on the 20th of December 2024, and it will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Welcome To The Jungle – the third film in the Welcome franchise. Co-incidentally, another Aamir Khan film, Taare Zameen Par, locked horns at the box office with the first Welcome film in 2007.

3 Idiots to Mela: Why Aamir Khan is the Best & Worst Thing For Bollywood

3 Idiots to Mela: Why Aamir Khan is the Best & Worst Thing For Bollywood

In this episode of Do I Like It, I discuss the impact of Aamir Khan on Bollywood, focusing on both the positive and negative aspects of his contributions. While his films like 3 Idiots and Taare Zameen Par received critical acclaim for addressing pressing social issues, his performances in movies like Ghajini and Mela were heavily criticized.

Aamir's perfectionism and control over his films have been both a blessing and a curse, leading to delays in production and increased costs. While there are varying perspectives on whether he is the best or worst thing to happen to Bollywood, there is no denying his influence on Indian cinema. Tune in and listen till the end.
