UFC welterweight Bryan Battle and comedian Jesus Trejo join Matt Serra and Jim Norton for today's episode of UFC Unfiltered!

With just three days until he fights in the co-main event slot of Saturday night's UFC Fight Night: Tuivasa vs. Tybura card, Bryan Battle previews his matchup against Ange Loosa and reflects on an 8-year weight cutting journey that began as a 300-pound ex-football player and now continues as a 170-pound professional fighter eyeing his third straight win in the UFC.

Right after Battle's interview ends, Jim and Matt bring comedian Jesus Trejo on. Jim and Jesus relate over their jobs as touring comics, sharing their own methods of how they keep up with UFC events that air simultaneously as their Saturday night gigs. Jesus wraps up the interview by sharing his thoughts on UFC 299.

With Jim creeping up on Matt in the fight pick standings, the guys wrap up the episode with some more predictions — this time for this Saturday's UFC Fight Night: Tuivasa vs. Tybura card.

Paul Felder and Michael Chiesa are back at it again on this episode of UFC Round-Up after one of the biggest upsets of the year!

To start off the show, the guys give their thoughts and takeaways from this past weekend’s UFC 293 main event, as Sean Strickland defeated Israel Adesanya by decision to win the middleweight belt in a major upset. 

Then, the duo answer 5 rounds of fan questions. 

1.      Who’s next for Felipe dos Santos? What a showing for a short notice scrap against a savage like Manel Kape.

2.      What matchup is next for Alexander Volkov after a performance like that?

3.      Was that the biggest title upset since COVID? Sean Strickland Fighter of the Year?

4.      Paul, do you think Izzy should get another rematch right away? What’s your thoughts? Perhaps let’s do Dricus Du Plessis vs. Sean Strickland and Izzy vs. Jared Cannonier.

5.      Here I lay stunned and inspired after that incredible upset that Sean Strickland pulled off. Question for both of you, what is a time in your lives where you pulled off a daunting task by sticking to the basics? This could be in broadcasting, fighting, auditioning, wrestling.

Following that, the guys do a special round 6 and give a shoutout to Laura Sanko for her pay-per-view commentary debut at UFC 293.

To wrap up the show, the pair look ahead to this Saturday’s Noche UFC: Grasso vs. Shevchenko 2 event and Michael gives his picks for the main event between women’s flyweight champion Alexa Grasso and former women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko and the co-main event between welterweights Kevin Holland and Jack Della Maddalena.

Yes… that REALLY just happened! And if there is one thing we know, it's that the great Matt Serra knows a thing or two about dethroning a champion in a MAJOR upset!

On today's episode of UFC Unfiltered, Jim Norton and Matt Serra are joined by MMA coaching mastermind Sayif Saud of Fortis MMA — who helps the guys unpack just how newly-crowned UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland was able to shock the world by dethroning Israel Adesanya at UFC 293.

With Strickland's win opening up a multitude of possibilities for the UFC's red-hot middleweight division, the guys mull over the idea of an immediate rematch while discussing whether Adesanya's high fight activity rate plays a factor in what the former champion will do next.

Later on, Matt takes us from the top of the card on down with his favorite takeaways from the other fights that happened on this exciting pay-per-view card in Sydney.

On today’s episode of UFC Unfiltered, Matt and Jim are joined by UFC heavyweight Tai “Bam Bam” Tuivasa and women’s strawweight Emily Ducote ahead of their fights on Saturday night’s UFC on ESPN: Thompson vs. Holland event in Orlando.

Tuivasa draws laughter from Matt and Jim throughout the interview as the enigmatic Australian explains why his fight against fellow knockout artist Sergei Pavlovich is guaranteed to end with somebody laying on the canvas.

As Tuivasa explains why his come-forward style makes him confident hopping in the cage without watching film of any of his opponents, the man known for celebrating exciting wins by chugging beers through shoes talks about getting back in the title picture following his loss to Ciryl Gane.

Set to make her second appearance with the UFC this Saturday night, Emily Ducote hops on the show to preview her matchup with veteran Angela Hill as she assesses the landscape of the UFC’s stacked strawweight division.

Finally, Matt and Jim wrap up the show with predictions for some of the fights on the prelims and main card headlined by welterweights Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson and Kevin “Trailblazer” Holland.
