Uit onderzoek van een telco lobbyclub is naar voren gekomen dat Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon, en Netflix verantwoordelijk zijn voor meer dan de helft van het Europese dataverkeer. Om die reden is er nu een lobby gestart om die bedrijven dan maar te laten meebetalen. Grote vraag is natuurlijk, is dit haalbaar en wat betekent dat?
