After giving you guys everything to look forward to, the gang goes into the highlights from MiniGUP including their experiences at 2011 E3, the new year rap, and a few other rants. Get psyched people; this next year is gonna be amazing!

MiniGUP 32: Did 2011 suck or rule?
MiniGUP is back for the last episode of 2011 and they are gonna rock it out right! This week, Chloe is joined by Colin and by special guest, Jordan. After gushing over Jordan’s return, they launch into the show. First off are the community responses from last show which deals with the replay value of games. Afterwards, the next stop is the main topic which is a retrospective look at 2011 and the games that the trio loved, hated, or were indifferent to! In the same manner, they then move into the wish list for next year; the gang talks about what they want and they read out what you want! And as always, you have questions and we have answers. This show, there are two questions dealing with PS2 HD remakes and when will the PS4 be here. Get your fix of MiniGUP now and enjoy the end of the year! We’ll see you soon!

MiniGUP 31: GTA 5 on a new console?
Another week is upon us and MiniGUP is the cure for whatever has you down! This week they keep it simple and easy with Lauren and Darryl sitting down as a duo to discuss the latest and greatest in the gaming industry. They start things of with a few community responses from last episode including thoughts on Man Week and whether or not there are too many FPS’ on the market today. Afterwards, they proceed to their main topic which is the announcement of GTA 5 and begin to speculate what it may be like based on what we’ve seen from the franchise up to this point. They don’t waste much time because before you know it, their off to answer your questions which deals with thoughts on a new company creating a brand new console and what are the gang’s policy when it comes to replaying a game. The dynamic duo doesn’t disappoint so don’t delay downloading (yay for alliteration!).

MiniGUP 30: Is Nathan Drake the king of Man Week?

MiniGUP 30: Is Nathan Drake the king of Man Week?
The new week brings a new episode of MiniGUP where the regular gang talks about all things gaming. Astharis is joined by Colin , Darryl, and Lauren this show and they have quite a few topics to get through. They start things off with some community responses from last week’s topic, which was “are there too many first person and third person shooters?” After ranting a bit about it, they move onto their first new topic, which is talking about Uncharted 3 and whether it will make the same splash that Uncharted 2 made. After Chloe gushes enough, they move on to an event that has been going on at Gaming Union: Man Week, which was an event paying homage to the manliest men in gaming. The discussion spans multiple different game series and Colin expresses his man crush for all men in Meal Gear Solid. After the testosterone is sufficiently exhausted, they move onto the one question for the episode, which is “what do you think about the concept of the HD remakes and why do you by them?” This show is packed full of gaming discussion and craziness. Go no further!

MiniGUP 29: There are too many FPS's out there!

MiniGUP 29: There are too many FPS's out there!
MiniGUP is back this week for another show all about gaming. This time around, Darryl, Colin, and Lauren sit down to talk about the current issues and your questions. Clo is sitting this one out due to her crazy schedule at EuroGamer this year. The first part of the show is devoted to all things PlayStation Vita including its price, desirability, game lineup, and its general potential with the gaming market in comparison to the new wave of mobile gaming. Afterwards, they move into your questions, which include hearing voices in your head when reading someone else’s post and whether or not there are too many Fist Person Shooters (FPS) on the market today. To say the least, the discussion is interesting and may go in a direction that you wouldn’t expect. If you’re interest is peaked, then make sure to listen in to this longer than normal episode!

MiniGUP 28: Gamestop will eat your soul!

MiniGUP 28: Gamestop will eat your soul!
The MiniGUP gang has come together again to bring you your dose of audio delight. Clo, Colin, Darryl and Lauren join each other for a gaming pow-wow. They start things off with a community response or two from last episode about the pirate accents. Afterwards, they go into an in depth discussion about Gamestop and the fiasco that the goofy company created with the recently released Deus Ex. After ranting over the corporation, they move onto talking about their piles of shame in rather alarming and shaming detail. In the same manner, the group talks about what they’re playing at the moment and how Lauren is jelly about anyone who’s playing Dead Island already. As the show comes to a close, the gang talks about all the games they want to platinum and how it will probably never happen (yay for commitment). Enjoy yourself!

MiniGUP 27: My wallet is suing me for harassment!

MiniGUP 27: My wallet is suing me for harassment!
MiniGUP is back to give you your dose of awesomeness. The gang gets together to talk about all things gaming. Join in with Astharis, Colin, Darryl, and Lauren as they take you through all the new developments from GU including being nominated for best gaming website on the GMA’s! After basking in the glow of their epic-ness, they go into some of the responses from last episode’s topic and they even read some of the winners from the pirate saying twitter contest! Afterwards, they launch into their discussion about whether or not we play video games with our siblings or alone. They then move onto the main question which is “If you could be a play tester for any company what company would it be” and Darryl makes it clear that he might commit suicide if he ever had to do it. Another great show is in store for you!
