Happy New Year! I believe we can say Happy New Year until it's Valentine's Day. I'm excited about this new month and in any season. In any season, we can create a vision and unfold your paths into reality. There is so much noise out there this time of year for vision boards, vision calendars, and groups. Find the one thing that resonates where you are at right now in your season. If you need to find some connecting factors and processes within your next steps take that time to find that person, group, or coach. What do I mean about being authentic in business if you are copying someone else's blueprint? You buy into the blueprint but you didn't buy parts of their whole blueprint. You are buying some steps. You are not buying the personality and identity. This is why a lot of people fail because they have not brought their full authentic self into their own business. You can copy & dance similar but that's not authentic to you and your own business journey.

It's official! This is my last Monday Fire episode in this format for now. It might be shared on a different format as I progress forward with his vision and plan for me. It took me 3 times to record because I was having all the feels, emotions, and gratitude going on inside. Seek to please me above all! And I love how it ties to today's message. Seek to please him above all else in your business. Your beginning is not the end. You have not even tapped into your full potential. However, when you seek to please him above all things going on in your life and business, do things begin to unfold nicely.

Your well being and your circumstances all ties into the joy you carry in your heart as you begin your Monday work week. This is more of self check on what's going on in your heart and mind as you are going through your week. This is very important to do when you are starting up a business, becoming brave into your new venture, and juggling all the things. Life, work, family, etc. Life has curves balls and we must find and keep the joy.

What do you do for personal development? How are you taking care of yourself? How often you should take care of yourself? I know as a stay at home Mom is difficult juggling all the things of daily and personal life and living. Some stay at home Mom's have dreams in their back pocket. Some want to work from home, build a business, find the courage to take a few steps. We need to rewire our brain and stepping into our dream life to be fully thriving in our own right of success.

I am tying this in to our October business awareness and growth theme. And I am bringing in some scripture. Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. I praise you on my walks of learning, growing, and being obedient to His call. Our Mondays can be tough and with carrying him in our heart we can do anything in our mindset, business vision, and perseverance.

These past few weeks I have been bringing up Awareness in general in business. Solution awareness in your business helps with business growth.  It gives somebody an option or options in your business. Mainly someone who has become aware that they need a specific solution to their dilemma. And when it's discovered it helps in the long run with the right solution.

I always seem to speak on the podcast as if you can see me but I like to connect with you like that. Today I'm talking about problem awareness in your thinking. Life or business. You are beginning to recognize that there's a fact in your business life that has been brought up to your full attention. You have figured out that something is wrong, didn't know this would end up like this, or how can I best pivot? You don't know how to deal with the situation, the overwhelming thoughts, feelings, and emotions in the situation where you are at.

Hey Happy Monday Fire! Coming up in the next few months or possibly in December these Monday Fires episodes will be ending. The energy will be shifted elsewhere. With or without my Monday Fires, I cannot escape a Monday. I cannot escape any thoughts coming into my Mondays. And not one of your thoughts escape God's notice of them.
