    Expendables 4 review

    Expendables 4 review

Did you ever wish Cocoon was more of an action movie? Well, get ready to be happy, because I give you Expendables 4 where they mix age with rage and have to be in traction with too much action! Sylvester Stallone returns as Barney Ross as does Jason Statham as Lee Christmas. It’s been 9 years since the last Expendables movie. Did we need another one? You be the judge, but I give you my thoughts in this spoiler-free review. This time Megan Fox, 50 Cent, Levy Tran, Iko Uwais, Tony Jaa, Jacob Scipio and Andy Garcia join the party. The Expendables are sent after a big bad with evil nuclear intentions. It’s time for them to kick some ass! This also stars Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Lucy Newman-Williams, Daren Nop, Kenny ‘Cowboy’ Bartram, Cody Mackie, Cokey Falkow, Dan Chupong and Karim Saidi.

140: Life as a Professional Musician w/ The Expendables Lead Singer Geoff Weers

I am stoked to bring you this episode. You get to see my inner youth come out more than usual because I was able to interview the lead singer of one of my all-time favorite bands. It was such a treat to interview the mind behind the band.

In this episode, we explore a handful of topics from their trials as a band to where they came from to what was going on during that time to where they are now and what they are doing. It was a very fun and valuable conversation.

    #65 Memories Can’t Replace a Friend w/ Adam Patterson

Today I am speaking with Adam Patterson, the drummer of The Expendables, also a singer, husband and father.

Adam is sharing his story with me today about a friend he lost and how memories cannot replace that empty space. At some point in life, we can all relate to a similar story - especially now during Covid-19.

He elaborates on the ways he creates music and how it relates to his emotions and feelings.

I hope this podcast can bring you peace where you feel you need to release emotions and find serenity.
