Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) - The Silver Screen Project

In the lead up to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, we've ventured back into 1989 to revisit arguably the best Indy entry - Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Join us as we discuss the fantastic addition of Sean Connery, the classic Indiana Jones formula & wether this should have been the end for ol' Junior. And come back next time as we cover the much-maligned Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Cine-Files: Indiana Jones - The Last Crusade + Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Review

Cine-Files: Indiana Jones - The Last Crusade + Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Review

Sometimes it's a topic from the Fake Nerd Podcast, sometimes we need the room to discuss a films on their own. Either way, they end up here in the Fake Nerd Cine-Files!

An excerpt from Episode 327 of the Fake Nerd Podcast, this is our review of both Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade along with its sequel: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!

The road towards Destiny continues for the Fake Nerds as Brandon, Ben, and Sparkz revisit the concluding chapter in the trilogy and the very mixed sequel. There's so much to praise and admire about the original concluding chapter and they dig into all of it as The Last Crusade remains a constant pleasure to watch. For Crystal Skull, they bring their most generous perspectives and find where there's a lot of good and a LOT of mishandling that mired what could have been an excellent film. Find out how they broke down the good over bad and the ultimate conclusion of where the film leaves them with Indy before the next entry. Enjoy the ride, right here!
