April 12th 2023 was the third official day of the Lori Vallow Daybell triple murder trial.  It was a short day due to one of the prosecutors having a death in the family (thoughts & prayers to Lindsey Blake & her family).  Our legal correspondent Aimee attending trial & will be giving a summary of day 3!

Happy NEW YEAR!!! I took a podcast production break during Christmas / New Years but that didn't stop us from hanging out everyday on tiktok, YouTube, instagram, discord, etc. however its time to get back to business on the podcast! As you know by now, there was an arrest made in the quadruple homicide of 4 University of Idaho students! I didn't feel that we needed to rehash all of what went down  while I was on podcast break since we have hashed it out everyday on social media but on todays episode I am going to reread the probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Bryan Kohberger, in its entirety, without side comments! This is the first installment of a 2 part series covering Moscow, Idaho's history with homicide & the police's track record in solving them.  This segment comes after Kaylee Goncalves father, Steven Goncalves, states he believes the Moscow Police Department lacks the experience to solve his daughter's homicide.  On part 1 we will be going over some homicide cases from Moscow, how police managed them, & how they compare to the current quadruple homicide.

•  The 1969 murder of University of Idaho student Janice Foiles =unsolved.
• The 1992 murder of Yance Knocks = killer confessed.
• The 1999 murder of University of Idaho student Will Hendrick's= unsolved. 
• The 2001 murder of Tonya Hart = tip about murder weapon & confession.
• The 2004 murder of University of Idaho student & football player Eric McMillan = solved by eye witness information.
