Lebanc started his coaching career at SUNY Cortland where he earned his Master's Degrree in Sports Management. Leblanc then moved to Applachian State where he spent 4 years as an assistsant where he montored 13 individual conference finalists, seven conference champions and 10 NCAA qualifiers.
