Remote work is the new norm! It is for a lack of a better term, the 'New Normal'. However, in a time of complete disruption, setting up of new processes comes with a challenge that many companies across the globe have managed to not only to beat the challenge but also were able to successfully transition into a complete remote company. The tech space has been a driving force in solving problems in the World, and hence its great to hear a perspective of creating a tech team from hiring, to setting up verticals to building a product at scale.

Join me in this enticing conversation with Mohit Jindal - Head of engineering of Yellow Class to understand how the nuances involved in the setting up of a tech team ( completely REMOTE) :)

    Let's talk Illustrations and Comics!

    Let's talk Illustrations and Comics!

Have you wondered how many artists create amazing content and post them on social media?

How did they start? What's the process like? and what motivates them?.. To throw substantial light on the same, I had a conversation with Shubham Khurana, the man behind Corporatcomics!!

Corporat Comics, inspired by the proverbial corporate rat race, came to life when Shubham, a marketer by day and an undercover artist by night decided to combine his passion for sketching with the humdrum & inaneness of corporate life. The comics, sometimes hard-hitting and always sarcastic, have brought together a community of over 50,000 Corporats across the country who are not shy to laugh at themselves a little. With over 9 years as a Corporat himself, and counting, the corporate world hasn’t ceased to amuse Shubham with enough inspiration for his comics every day. You can check out all his comics on Instagram at @corporatcomics.

Hope you have fun listening to this as much as I enjoyed publishing this! :)

    Let's talk Life coaching!

    Let's talk Life coaching!

Here is a conversation that throws light on Life coaching as a career, Mental health, self care tips and much much more.

Hope you enjoy this as much as i enjoyed recording this conversation :)

    Lets talk Mental Health!

    Lets talk Mental Health!

World Health Organisation published a report that specifically named India as the "Most depressed country in the World". There are plenty of reasons for this, but let us not get into that. There are statistics available that are quite frankly, dangerously alarming! On account of today being, the World Mental Health day, it makes perfect sense to discuss a topic that is not so widely addressed! That said, we should be glad that there are many non-profits, initiatives that are working tirelessly to raise awareness about this stigmatised issue. Today's episode captures a conversation with Vandita and Shruti. Vandita is the Founder and CEO of One Future Collective. Vandita, a lawyer by qualification has been actively working in the space of mental health, queer rights, policy planning. Shruti is an active mental health advocate currently works as a programme director for the queer resolution centre at One Future Collective.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I enjoyed publishing it! :) Cheers! and yes, its okay not to be okay and lets make it a point to be human and be there for people who need support! :)
